We no longer think that.
Following on from Nomi's "Reduced Crucible", this is one of the sketches I did to while away the time behind the lighting desk. I can't decide whether or not "The Salem Vampires" would be an improvement; the fact that vampires don't die when hung would make the play even longer. However, I still think it would be an entertaining alternative.

Oh Dear We Ran Out Of Rope
You don't mind if we reuse an old noose do you?
Over the next few days I plan to post a couple of toons I drew whilst crewing a school production of The Crucible. However, unless you've seen or read the play, they won't make much sense to you, so to solve this problem my fellow techie Nomi has drawn a strip which conveys pretty much everything you need to know about the plot.

Green-eyebrowed Monster
What would he have done if I'd given the guy a monobrow? Died of fright? Wimp.
Next up, some more guest art!

Decimation of the Hermaphrodites
And he was sentenced to death for his impiety, though he didn't stick around to find out how they planned to execute him.
Obviously the reason I took Classics was just so I could make terrible jokes like this one.

Very Appealing?
Since the last toon was something of an inside joke and thus probably not very funny to anyone who has never found a boiled woodlouse (a delicacy, just not in this country) in their pasta (most of the population then), I thought I'd do something out of my own head this time. Not sure yet if that was a good plan...
Coming up next, some weird and wonderful guest art.

Is It Contagious?
Exams are coming and they're bringing their friends Boredom and Depression.
Thanks to Kate for looking so terribly bored that I was compelled to do something to alleviate her pain.
